Haven Hill, New York
The original Lumière room — an intimate eighteen-table dining room set above the noise of the street. Warm walnut panels, a single bank of candles along the pass, and a seasonal tasting menu served tableside by the team that built it. This is where the group's philosophy was first written, and where it is still most quietly kept.
Marina District, New York
Lumière Marina sits at the water's edge with floor-to-ceiling glass opening onto the harbour. The menu leans into the sea — a daily raw bar, line-caught fish, and a cellar built for shellfish. Lighter at lunch, generous at dusk. The terrace opens from April through October.
Linden Park, New York
Lumière Garden is set inside a restored glasshouse at the edge of Linden Park. The kitchen sits at the centre of the room; the menu is built around what is growing in the beds two dozen paces from the pass. Bright by day, lantern-lit by evening. We list a short plant-forward tasting alongside à la carte.
East Foundry, New York
Lumière Atelier is our chef's counter — eight seats, one seating each evening, a single tasting menu written that morning. There is no à la carte. The counter looks onto an open kitchen; the dialogue between the chefs and guests is the room. Bookings open six weeks ahead.
